Khun Yaa once said to our parents that
One day, this house and restaurant will be passed down to my nieces and nephew. All my work with Khao Tao’s community and my home-cooked recipes are my life, and I would like to hand them over to them as well.
It is our honorable obligation, if we may say, that the philosophy behind our project is the ‘Binding of Time’ and we wish to pass it along to our prestigious guests and visitors to grow it forward.
From the art of living, to our home-cooked style cuisine, we as the descendants along with our team, have carefully designed every aspect of all features and services with respect to Khao Tao’s community and in honor of our beloved grandmother, Khun Yaa Charras in order to extend our homely hospitality and share our family heritage for our guests to experience.
