This reservoir is the first reservoir in Thailand, developed as a Royal Project by King Rama 9. Apart from the iconic floating Sala in the middle of the water, there is a pedestrian walk-way that surrounds the reservoir, and is a popular jogging track during the evenings for many locals and visitors alike.
